I would say that the best way to explain this question it’s understanding that all of us are different, we have some many personal views of the life that we constantly express out with our words, physical movements , decisions and so on.
Organizational behavior is just that, is how different people, that are part of an organization, live being their selves in a work environment. This can be difficult sometimes due to personal differences but at the same time it can represents a big opportunity to learn from different knowledge and opinion.
